Where is the meeting? The Conrad Hotel in Nashville is our home base for the week. We have two off-site events: Dinner at Pinewood Social on Tuesday and the Gala Dinner at the Country Music Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
What's the schedule look like? We kick off Monday afternoon with the Welcome Reception and Dinner. Tuesday and Wednesday feature morning General Sessions, Speed Networking, meals together, and social events each evening. The golf tournament closes things out Thursday morning. A full schedule is available here.
What is Speed Networking? One of the most popular parts of the Annual Meeting. Supplier companies meet one-on-one with distributor companies in six rounds of 15-minute sessions on both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
What's the Scavenger Hunt? On Tuesday afternoon, teams of 4–10 will head out into Nashville for a walking scavenger hunt — about 1.4 miles over roughly two hours. You'll tackle photo, video, and trivia challenges while exploring the city. Spouses are encouraged to attend. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
You’ll want to download the Let’s Roam App to get ready for this activity. Please review the instructions here.
Tell me about the off-site events. Tuesday night dinner is at Pinewood Social, where you can bowl, enjoy live music, and create a custom hat at the Rancher Hat Bar (hats are an additional personal purchase). Wednesday evening starts at the Country Music Hall of Fame with museum access at 5:30 PM, a cocktail reception at 6:00 PM, and the Gala Dinner and awards show to follow. Transportation will be provided to all off-site events.
What does spouse/guest registration include? Spouse and guest registration is intended for attendees who are not in the packaging distribution business. It covers all three dinners (Welcome Dinner on Monday, Pinewood Social on Tuesday, and the Gala Dinner on Wednesday) and two breakfasts (Tuesday and Wednesday). Lunch is not included. The Goo Goo Candy Making wine and chocolate experience on Wednesday is available for an additional fee and requires separate sign-up.
What about the golf tournament? Thursday morning at Gaylord Springs Golf Links, with an 8:00 AM shotgun start. Breakfast and Lunch are included. Proceeds benefit the Henry Hoffman Memorial Scholarship Fund.
